I hate someone in caps

It's kinda popular to hide behind fake account and spread some hate around. It goes like this: a girl makes a fake account, goes to a club and makes a topic. In the topic the says: I hate someone here, when she posts I will tell. So finally she tells who's that she hates. And then I guess she returns on her 'real' account and smiles again and loves everyone again.
